WSJ backpedals on iPhone 5c supply chain cuts story: After first ignoring advice from Apple s chief executive Tim Cook not to speculate on rumors related to the company s supply chain, the Wall Street Journal has subsequently toned down its alarmist story of iPhone 5c cuts and retailer discounting.
